Image Statements
Summit.NET’s Image Statement Module provides the bank with a way to increase the level of service provided to your customers, streamlining the back-office process of delivering monthly DDA statements to your customer base, and resulting in improved profitability to the bank. The Image Statement Module offers three ways to deliver statements: They are:
- Traditional paper-based image statements, which can reduce postage expense by 30% or more
- Image Statements delivered via Email, eliminating postage expense. Summit offers an integrated Email Statement module that pushes PDF statements to the customer. For those institutions that want to have the customer login to retrieve a statement, Summit offers an optional “Pull” eStatement Module.
- Statements produced on CD for corporate customers. CD Statements include all check images, including deposited items, the statement, a data file for updating account records, and viewing software for easy research. |
